Condition for returns & exchanges
Please note, all items must be returned in their original condition – clean, unworn and with all tags attached – together with the returns form. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear are non-return and non-exchangeable.

Returns & exchanges
A Day’s March offers a 14 day return policy. Any product that you return must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Refunds for debit/credit card purchases take approximately 5-10 business days, depending upon the bank.

Please specify on the Delivery Note whether you want an exchange or to return the item/items. Include this information:

– If it is an Exchange or a Return

– Which product/size/colour you would like to exchange it for

– Also, we would kindly ask for our customers to give reason for the exchange/return to help us improve in the future

How to return your shipment

1. Place the item/items in the original box in their original packaging together with the Delivery Note with your specified request

2. Attach the Return Label on top of the package and hand it in at your nearest PostNord/DHL Service Point. Make sure to remove/cover the original address label

Please note! We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges. If the wanted item is out of stock, we will contact the customer by e-mail.

Outside of the EU
For our customers returning/exchanging items outside of the EU, the two copies of Commercial Invoices that came with the order needs to be signed and attached with the shipment.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your purchased item for a different size or color we will ship it to you free of charge. If you are interested in another product, return your goods and place a new order. We do not exchange sale items but you can return it for a full refund within 14 days. Note! We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

Payment
Credit cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard and debit cards.

Invoice payment
In cooperation with Klarna. A fast, minor check will be run to confirm your personal information and accept your purchase. You have 14 days to fulfill the payment, otherwise a delay fee will be added. When using invoice payment your shipping address needs to be your registered residence.

Getting a refund
All refunds will be credited to the credit card of the original purchaser.

Klarna
We are unable to exchange goods purchased with Klarna. In case you return the complete order the invoice will be canceled. If you choose to return parts of your order, you will receive a new invoice by email. If you want to exchange for a different size, color or product, just place a new order. Your new order is handled and paid for separately.

Sale
Sale items are not exchangeable, but you can return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund.

Order Tracking
All orders are fully traceable. Visit posten.se and fill in your tracking number to see the location of your order and get the latest shipping status. Swedish orders are shipped with Posten. You will receive an email with a tracking number and other information once your order is submitted.
