Webshop Manager

Job Description

A Day’s March is looking to hire a webshop manger who can help us expand through digital activities in the fields of advertising, social media, collaborations and other digital solutions. The position will have a key role within the company, meaning that you will work closely with the founders on the e-commerce strategy as well as in daily operations. You will have the possibility to form how the role of the webshop manager should fit in the build of a small, effective and up-to-date organization, the ideal candidate will suggest ways to constantly improve how we should work.

If you have a strong interest and knowledge in e-commerce and want to work hard in an expanding company, you fit the profile we’re looking for. The position will demand both strategic and hands-on skills. We believe that you’re working with e-commerce today, in-house or as a consultant. Implementation as well as ambition are the characteristics that we will value the most.

Your main targets it driving traffic to the site as well getting the customers to convert. You will work closely with the stores in order to get the perfect omni channel experience in terms of experience, service and after service.

In your team you will work with the s-commerce manager and the content manager to always be ready to present ADM in the best possible way. That goes through our own social media accounts, as well as throuhg many of our ambassadors and through different editorial contacts.

Conversion optimization (A/B testing, etc) / Google Adwords / Facebook ads and campaigns / Keyword Optimization / Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager / Creative and profitable traffic and conversion driven activities / Increase customer experience through Omni channel stretegy – synergies between web, social media and retail / Implementation of campaigns and general updates on / Project management of tech and design updates on site toward front-end and back-end developers / Newsletters / Budget and operational responsibility of webshop.

About A Day’s March

A Day’s March is a Swedish menswear label founded in 2014. We offer clean-cut basics and wardrobe staples of the highest quality, at a friendly price. We can offer premium products at a lower price than our competitors by cutting out the middle men, we sell solely in our own stores and online. Currently we have three stores in Stockholm and one in Gothenburg. We’re planning to expand fast, and at the moment we are looking into opening up a Store in London early next year. Our studio is situated at Hötorget in Stockholm where we are a small dedicated team working closely together.
